Berkwood Resources Ltd. is a Canadian junior exploration company based in Vancouver, BC and trades on the TSX.V under the symbol BKR. Berkwood is dedicated to the acquisition, exploration and development of gold, silver and other mineral deposits in North America and South East Asia. The Company is currently developing two properties, the Cimandiri Gold Property in West Java, Indonesia and the Prospect Valley Gold Property in British Columbia, Canada.

The Cimandiri Gold Property is located in Sukabumi, West Java, approximately 120 Km south of Jakarta and approximately 3 hours driving time. The property sits at an elevation ranging from 700-900m above sea level and is located 9 Km southwest of the open pit Cikondang gold mine. The Company has retained Micromine Consulting Services, an internationally recognized consultancy, to provide NI 43-101 oversight for the exploration programs at Cimandiri. Read more.

The 107 km² Prospect Valley Gold Property is located near Merritt BC, three hours driving time from Vancouver and is situated in proximity to good infrastructure and logistics. It is a low grade, bulk tonnage epithermal gold prospect, in advanced stages of exploration. Drilling to date has outlined an inferred NI43-101 compliant Mineral Resource totaling 166,000 ounces grading 0.511 g/t gold above a cut-off of 0.30g/t gold at the combined Discovery South and Discovery North Zones.
