On January 4, 2001 the Issuer consolidated its share capital on a 2:1 basis and changed its name to Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd.
The Company is a reporting issuer and an exchange issuer under the Securities Act (British Columbia and Alberta) and, as such, is required to make filings on a continuous basis there under. Such material is available for inspection at www.sedar.com. The Issuer's common shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BKR.
